Principal Architect
Steven G. Schneemann, RA
With decades of experience, Steven Schneemann is a leader in architectural design, shaping communities through innovative, functional spaces. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley.

Steven has led hundreds of projects across four continents, specializing in libraries, schools, churches, and commercial spaces. For over 16 years, he has also taught Architectural Design at Lawrence Technological University, mentoring the next generation of architects.
​
A former mayor and current City Council member, Steven remains deeply involved in civic planning. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, skiing, and time with family.

Senior Advisor
Ron Cieslak, RA
As a former Principal of MCD Architects, Ron brings decades of expertise in library and church design, having led hundreds of institutional projects across Michigan. A graduate of Lawrence Technological University, he is a trusted advisor known for his deep understanding of programming, functionality, and client needs.
With a wealth of experience, Ron provides invaluable insight, helping clients navigate complex projects with confidence. His practical, solutions-driven approach ensures every design is both functional and enduring.

Architectural and Interior Designer
Dianne Schurg
Dianne brings a holistic approach to design, blending architecture, interior planning, and space analysis to create functional and thoughtful environments. A graduate of Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor’s in Interior Architecture, she has contributed to over a dozen public libraries and numerous office, healthcare, and educational projects.
Her expertise spans master planning, space planning, furniture specification, and finish selection, ensuring each project balances functionality, aesthetics, and user experience. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Dianne is active in her local church community and enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and time with family—most recently exploring Japan.

Griffin Angeliu
Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and is currently working toward his professional licensure. With a context-driven approach, he designs municipal buildings, commercial spaces, and churches that thoughtfully balance client needs and community impact.
Committed to practical and sustainable design, Griffin brings fresh insight and attention to detail to every project. Outside of work, he’s always learning new skills and enjoys snowboarding in the winter.

Genevieve Schneemann
Genevieve holds a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Calvin College and brings a strong technical background to her design work. Before joining MCD, she worked as a municipal engineer, reviewing commercial and industrial building plans and designing road and water main projects.

At MCD, she specializes in translating client needs into detailed plans, ensuring each project is both functional and tailored to their vision. Her ability to blend engineering precision with client-focused design makes her an invaluable part of the team.​ Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys pickleball, swimming, snowboarding, tennis, and weightlifting.

Designer
Tedi Zurbo
Tedi holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and has worked on a wide variety of projects across the US, UK, Norway, Turkey, and Albania. His experience spans civic, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, allowing him to bring a diverse and global perspective to each design. Tedi works closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and aspirations, helping transform ideas into functional and creative spaces.
His proficiency in several languages, including Albanian, English, Turkish, German, and Italian, allows him to communicate effectively with clients from various cultural backgrounds. His experience and attention to detail allow him to deliver designs that are not only practical but also reflect each client's unique goals.

Caroline Frazier
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University and brings over a decade of experience in marketing strategy, brand development, graphic design, and public relations. A dynamic and creative leader, she specializes in crafting tailored marketing campaigns that amplify the firm’s reputation and ensure clients and partners have exceptional experiences every step of the way.

Her understanding of client relations and business development enables her to create meaningful connections, foster long-term partnerships, and drive growth for the firm. Caroline is skilled at blending creative vision with strategic execution, allowing her to deliver marketing solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.

Originally from Farmington, Michigan, Caroline lives in West Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband and Sheepadoodle, Aristotle.
